EPCOS introduces the smallest digital barometric pressure sensors with MEMS technology 09 December 2009
EPCOS has set a further milestone in the miniaturization of pressure sensors: with dimensions of only 2.2 x 2.6 x 0.9 mm³ the calibrated and temperature-compensated T5300 digital pressure sensor is the world’s most compact packaged sensor of its kind.
EPCOS releases tiny gel-protected barometric pressure sensors with calibrated interfaces 17 July 2009
EPCOS has extended its series of ASB1200 gel-protected barometric pressure sensors to include new types that feature calibrated analog interfaces. At only 4 x 4 x 2.5 mm they are the world’s smallest sensors of their kind.
ESD protection for high-speed data lines with CeraDiodes by EPCOS 18 May 2009
EPCOS now offers CeraDiodes® in 0402 and 0603 corresponding to Zener and TVS diode case sizes. They are distinguished by extremely low capacitances, with typical values of 0.6 pF, and an extremely fast response time of less than 0.5 ns.
EPCOS introduces varistors with higher surge current capability 20 January 2009
EPCOS has developed the LS41 and LS42 series of varistors with higher surge current capability. They are designed for surge voltage protection in industrial and consumer electronics.
EPCOS introduce world’s smallest surge arrester 04 January 2009
EPCOS, market leader in surge arresters and switching spark gaps, has developed the world’s smallest leaded gas-filled 2-electrode arrester. With a length of 3.5 mm, it has a diameter of just 2.8 mm.
Front-end module with integrated duplexer from EPCOS 09 November 2008
EPCOS has developed a new front-end module that incorporates a duplexer function in addition to GSM filtering. It is suited to dual-mode mobile phones and other portable equipment operating in quad-band GSM and WCDMA band I mode.
