  Calinar adds SMD & IC heatsinks to its low cost range
 

Further heatsinks have been introduced by Calinar which have been designed for use with DPAK and D2PAK surface mount packages as well as ICs of various lengths and widths.

As more and more components are downsized the corresponding reduction in PCB real estate should not be compromised by the size of the heatsinks required to cool them. With this in mind Calinar’s portfolio now includes smaller heatsinks that attach directly onto the IC as well as bridge types which are soldered straight to the PCB.

Complementing their ever growing range of popular industry standard stamped and extruded heatsinks, which accommodate traditional through hole packages such as TO220, these new products now enable Calinar to offer a diverse family of high quality heatsinks that delivers excellent value for money.
