Panasonic introduce new family of Low ESR Electrolytic Capacitors Designed for high endurance, low ESR applications, the latest radial lead aluminium electrolytic capacitors from Panasonic Industrial Europe are low impedance devices that offer long operating lives of up to 5000 hours at temperatures as high as 105°C. |
The new Panasonic FC series features radial leaded capacitors with nominal values from 1.0 to 10000µF and rated working voltages of between 6.3 and 100VDC. Case diameters range from just 5mm to 18mm.
Ideal for applications ranging from high-end industrial equipment to professional audio systems, the new FC capacitors will operate across the extended industrial temperature range of -55 to 105°C.
Maximum impedances at 100kHz and 20°C are from 0.015 Ohms to 2.5 Ohms depending on case size, capacitance value and voltage, while ripple currents at 100kHz and 105°C are as high as 3.7A.
Panasonic's FC aluminium electrolytic capacitors have maximum leakage currents of 0.01CV or 3µA and maximum dissipation factors from 0.22 for 6.3V devices to 0.07 for 100V products.
Depending on size, the capacitors can be supplied either loose or in tape and box formats that are fully compatible with high-speed, automated assembly equipment.
